Who Is Eligible?

Membership in the Bakery Rewards program is open exclusively to individual legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. Commercial accounts, business catering clients, and wholesale purchasing entities are not eligible to accumulate loyalty points.

Key Restrictions & Exclusions

Points hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency. All points automatically expire 365 days from the date of accrual if there has been zero purchase activity. Rewards cannot be applied toward sales tax, delivery charges, third-party ordering platforms, or corporate events.

How do I earn rewards?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all eligible bakery purchases. Just scan your digital rewards card at checkout or make sure you are logged into your account when ordering online.

How do I redeem rewards?

Redeeming is simple! Once you have accumulated enough points for a reward (starting at 50 points), you can apply them at checkout in-store or select your available rewards during online checkout.

Where can I use my rewards?

You can earn and redeem your rewards at any of our participating bakery locations nationwide, as well as on our official website and mobile app.

How do I check my balance?

Log into your account on our website or mobile app to view your current points balance, tier status, and available rewards. Your balance is also printed on your physical store receipts.

Do rewards expire?

Points and earned rewards are valid for 365 days from the date they were earned. We will send you an email reminder 30 days before any of your points are set to expire.

Can rewards be combined with other offers?

Generally, reward redemptions cannot be combined with other active discounts, coupons, or promotional events unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
